Case study · Powersports sales & repair

$395,914 in verified marketing-attributed revenue.

When the market got harder, we made every ad dollar prove itself.

Media Growth Solution built full attribution for a Miami motorcycle dealer and repair shop, matching every WhatsApp and Google contact directly to real sales and repair invoices as marketing's traceable share of revenue grew even while vehicle financing tightened industry-wide.

The challenge

Prove marketing's value while the market itself was shrinking.

Starting in early 2025, South Florida's powersports market faced pressure no agency could control: tighter underwriting from dealers and lenders, and stricter financing and identification requirements that made a financed motorcycle purchase harder to complete for a meaningful share of the local customer base. Industry-wide, new vehicle sales volume fell significantly during this period.

MGS could not reverse a market-wide contraction. What MGS could do was build the systems to prove exactly which leads turned into real sales and repairs, then reallocate spend toward what was actually working, so every dollar mattered more as the market got harder.

"I didn't even know what kind of marketing I needed. Roberto broke everything down, and Jhosae built the ads, set up the system, and within two weeks we started getting leads. It felt easy and professional."Roys Suarez, El Moto Repair
The testing phase

We tested channels, audiences, and creative before trusting the numbers.

Nothing was scaled until it was proven against real sales and repair data, not platform estimates.

Channel test

Calls, forms, and WhatsApp

Google click-to-call and Meta Lead Forms were tested alongside WhatsApp. Respond.io gave the clearest, most consistent path from an ad to a real, trackable conversation.

Audience test

Used bikes, electric scooters, and repair intent

Broad interest sets, Spanish-language audiences, and repair-specific intent (towing, used bikes, electric scooters) were tested and compared before budget was concentrated on what converted.

Creative test

Video, photo, English, and Spanish

Dozens of bilingual ad variations were produced and tested across sales and repair offers, from vehicle walkarounds to direct repair pricing.

Total vehicle sales volume declined industry-wide over this period due to financing and identification headwinds unrelated to this campaign. Marketing's traceable share of a smaller market grew substantially even as the overall market did not.

What Media Growth Solution built

The work behind the result.

We built the tracking system first, then let the data, not assumptions, decide where budget went.

01

Build attribution from zero

There was no phone-level tracking before respond.io. MGS matched WhatsApp and Google contacts directly against DealerCenter and Auto Leap records to prove which conversations became sales.

02

Protect efficiency through a hard market

Starting in 2025, financing and identification requirements made it harder for a meaningful part of the South Florida customer base to buy financed vehicles. MGS shifted budget toward what could be proven to convert.

03

Track sales and repairs separately

Vehicle sales and repair visits have different buying cycles. Each was matched and measured on its own terms, using deal-level and invoice-level data rather than broad estimates.

Measurement methodology

How the results were calculated.

Meta spend and delivery came from Ads Manager exports. Attributed revenue came from matching WhatsApp and Google contacts against DealerCenter sales and Auto Leap repair invoices, not Meta platform estimates.

$395,914 attributed revenue: the sum of vehicle sales and repair invoices whose customer phone number appeared in respond.io or the Google call log, counted only for transactions on or after that channel's tracking start date.

6.3× blended ROAS: $395,914 in attributed revenue divided by $62,767 in Meta spend across the same period, August 2025 through July 2026.

Matching method: phone numbers were matched directly where available; vehicle deals and repair invoices without a phone field were matched by customer name against phone-matched customer records.

Build the full system

Media Growth Solution connects paid media, creative, landing pages, automation, and measurement around the result your business needs, even when the market gets harder.

Results are specific to this client, offer, market, budget, and time period and are not a guarantee of future performance. Meta platform metrics and confirmed business outcomes are labeled separately. Total vehicle sales volume declined industry-wide over this period due to financing and identification-related headwinds unrelated to this campaign; the figures above describe marketing's traceable share of revenue, not overall business growth. Only aggregate results are reported. No customer names, contact details, or other customer identifying information are included.
